Fantastic Location and Clean Rooms!

The location is amazing. It's a short walk to the Duomo. The check-in was quick! Our room was quite nice, clean, and spacious. I found the pillows comfy. The bed was good as well. The bathroom lacked table space, but it was still nice.
The hotel had timers built into the thermostat! The room would never get cold enough for it to be comfortable. I had to get up multiple times to restart the thermostat because it was so hot at night.

The breakfast included a good selection with both indoor and outdoor seating. This worked well for me. The staff was helpful, and drinks plus snacks were available for purchase. It was convenient to have those options.

The code entry instead of keys was a genius feature. This was very helpful! The rooftop terrace gave an amazing view of the cityscape and the cathedral, and I was amazed. There are also green areas to relax in.

The room had nice decor and was quite clean! It included everything I needed. A bottle of mineral water was provided upon arrival. I had a beautiful terrace off our room and the air conditioning was excellent!

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station and the Duomo, super great! It's located just off a side street, but the location is still ideal. The Duomo and Gallery Evangelli are close by. This was very convenient.

the location was super, a touristy part of the city. the rooftop sitting area allowed for lovely coffee breaks overlooking the city. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere ensuring peaceful rest.
the hotel entrance was a little disappointing.

the staff was friendly, always ready to assist with calling taxis promptly. the prompt taxi service ensured i reached my destinations quickly. i really appreciated their help.
